In the name and style of M/s Malasi matrimonials, Bikaner the uniform resource located concern in respect of connecting matrimonial relations. The registered office of the said concern is situated at front of shri Raghunath ji Temple, Telewara, Bikaner, (Rajasthan). The said concern has been constituted for providing matrimonial services through its website named www.malasimatrimonials.com on the terms and conditions mentioned hereunder. M/s Malasi matrimonials, Bikaner here in after shall be called "the said concern" and the www.malasimatrimonials.com here in after shall be called "the said website". The terms and conditions of the said website service are as under "
(1) Registration:- Every person, who is desirous to take the matriomonial services of the said website is required to obtain the membership of the said website according to the procedure prescribed hereunder. Thereafter he/she shall be entitled to use the services of the said website. Every person, who takes the membership of the said website shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the said website. As soon as a person is registered as a member of the said website, the agreement containing the following terms and conditions shall, automatically, be effective between the said member and the said concern.
(2) Eligibility: A person, who is desirous to obtain the registration of the shall website, must not be below the age of 18 year in case of female and 21 years in case of male and he/she has legal right, authority and capacity to enter into an agreement provided that he or she must not be prohibited or prevented by the law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injuction from any Court, Tribunal or any such other competent authority for entering into matrimonial alliance. At any time after registration as a member of the said website, if it is found that the said member was not eligible to be a member and he/she has been acquired the said membership by misrepresentation or concealment of fact or fraud the, M/s Malasi matrimonials, Bikaner shall have right to terminate the membership of such member, forthwith. In that event, the subscription fee shall not be refunded.
(3) Term of Membership :- The membership shall be continued effective for a period of three months or six months or one year according to the membership plan from the date of the registration of the membership. If a member is desirous to continue membership of the said website services, after termination of his/ her period he/she is required to renew his or her membership for further period of three month or six month or one year, respectively, after paying the prescribed renewal fee. Every member has right to terminate his or her membership at any time by writing to M/s Malasi matrimonials, Bikaner, however the subscription fee shall not be refunded to the said member.
